ABOUT
My name is Chase AND I love chasing down any great story - no matter how big or small, we all have a story to tell. Originally born in and bred in the great state of Texas. 15 years ago, I took a chance and moved to LA to follow the dream. After years of playing on both sides of the camera, I took a concerted effort to really start sharpening the toolbox in all things casting and development in the unscripted and documentary space. Over the past 11 years, I have had the pleasure of tickling my creative fancy for major production companies like 3 Ball Entertainment, Shed Media, GRB, Relativity Reel, Karga7, Firecracker Pictures and most recently Megalomedia.
Wearing many hats at different times in the development and creative phase, the teams I have worked with include programming for brands like Discovery, TLC, History, A&E, Lifetime, Travel Channel, and Science Channel.
With even the prestigious Emmy Nomination in 2014 for our work on A&E's hit show, "Intervention".
During my years of Film and TV production, I have played in the fast moving rivers of Arkansas, flipped homes drenched in the wealth of Hollywood, dashed across the deserts of Israel, fled over 100mph down the streets of Miami and even danced with gators under the pale moonlight in the swamps of SE Texas.
I live for finding the needle in the haystack and truly telling its most authentic and organic story. I pride myself for developing a strong relationship with the talent I work with as they are the true foundation in any project. Every story is its own, I am just blessed to get to be the vehicle that drives that narrative home.
For the last several years I have been the head of casting in development and production for a major production company based in Austin, TX. As we have worked as a close knit team during this time, we have sold several series/projects to a wide range of network buyers. I have helped steer and develop the brand from the ideation process, to producing dozens of sizzle/ concept tapes, to seeing the project come to fruition with a sell and all the way through the production process.
