It’s no wonder a new wave of pioneers are choosing to commit themselves to fixing up run-down homes with loads of potential, rather than to romantic relationships.
House flipping is the latest trend from the early/mid 2000s to make an official comeback. No word on the fate of the velour track suit, though. In this decade, however, it's not just newlyweds and families getting in on the action. SINGLE AND FLIPPING follows the trials and tribulations of bold singletons taking a big risk and flipping their first homes solo. Without a significant other to lean on, these flippers must find the strength and courage to tackle the many challenges that come their way, within themselves.
